It's Carrow Road watch (well, listen) time
I will readily admit to having a bit of a buzz about tonight.
I’m in work until midnight and Norwich are playing Queens Park Rangers. It should be update-tastic.
There is a great atmosphere when you are working late into the evening and things are happening, matches are being played, points decided, and after City’s 2-1 thrashing of Plymouth Argyle on Saturday, there seems to be a new expectancy leading up to the game tonight – especially after the Championship table settled down following after last night’s matches. It’s fair to say, Norwich could go a long way to making their start to the season look a good one if they can pick up all three points against Iain Dowie’s side.
But, just like Norwich were due a win at Home Park, Rangers are probably due a decent result at Carrow Road. I can’t remember the last time City lost at home to QPR, but let’s hope it doesn’t happen tonight – not on my watch.
I’ve been charged with keeping our various websites up to date tonight with the scores, so regular contact with Chris at the game and a radio in the office should do the job.
Now it’s up to the players to do theirs.
