E-Tech Group

Gary Williams and his fellow E–Tech directors have steered the business to new markets overseas and seize new export opportunities. The business has seen dramatic growth in its diverse export operations, and while based at the Harfrey's Industrial Estate in Great Yarmouth, E–Tech has offices in Marseille, Palma and and Dubai. E–Tech was one of the first of the region's firms to open operations in Ghana's burgeoning and lucrative oil and gas industry. Its growing operations in the Mediterranean service the yacht and super–yacht industries – fitting and re–fitting vessels. But E-Tech's marine division also works on military and naval contracts around the globe. The group also has a utilities division, which has been working in the water industry overseas

3Sun

Set up by Graham Hacon in 2008, 3Sun has grown rapidly both organically and by the acquisition of Argyll-based Dawson Energy last year. From its base at the Beacon Innovation Centre in Gorleston, the firm supplies specialist technical staff to the energy industry across the globe as well as building control devices and instrumentation - and has been making its mark in European and African markets, including Angola, the Ivory Coast and Ghana. The group's turnover has grown to more than £12m since launch.


E-Tech Group

E-Tech is a broad-based engineering group which spans marine and energy industries. Based at the Harfrey's Industrial Estate in Great Yarmouth, E-Tech has offices in Marseille, Palma and and Dubai. Poultex

Mark Fiddy's Poultex has become a major player in the international trading of meat. The firm's pioneering technology matches UK suppliers - whether poultry, beef or pork - to overseas buyers, including major players in the food industry overseas. The Norwich-based firm has growing activity in north and south America and has been looking to build its business in South Africa. Poultex now has outposts in Belgium, Florida and Brazil. In its 10 years of operation, Poultex's turnover has grown to about £10m a year.
