Butcher of the Year
This award is seeking to reward butchers, especially new or newly diversified, as well as long established butchers in Norfolk, who use local produce, employ best hygiene practice, undertake a programme of staff training, provide value, product knowledge, great customer service and who are innovative with products and presentation.

Easton College is Norfolk's main provider of education and training to the agricultural and food industries. It was established some 50 years ago at the 245 hectare farm site at Easton adjacent to the Norfolk Showground. Students at the College can be just starting their careers or be undertaking work-related courses in a variety of land-based industries. The College offers courses from entry level up to the specialist Foundation Degree programmes, offered in partnership with University of East Anglia, where courses available to study include agriculture, animal science and welfare, equestrian, ecology and conservation, mechanical and agricultural engineering and sports coaching.
