They have come from every sector of the economy; from tourism and agriculture, to advanced engineering and e-commerce.
They have ranged from start-up businesses looking to cash-in on great ideas, to fast-growing companies that already count their turnover in tens of millions of pounds.
We have brought our entrepreneurs together at networking events, and encouraged them to collaborate in social media and our Future50 LinkedIN group.
Last year, we saw 15 new names enter our Future50 – from Adrian Lee at flooringsupplies.co.uk to Catherine Temple of Mrs Temple’s Cheese to Sophie Fulford of rentyourrocks.co.uk

So do you know someone who has what it takes to join our Future50 project?
Explore our Future50 pages – look who made the class of 2010 – and submit your entry.
We look forward to hearing from you – good luck.
