Shows at the Olympic Park in Sydney, the Shanghai Exhibition Centre and London Olympia, alongside a feature on US television and a deal with a Czech retailer – all in the last few weeks – help to demonstrate the international reach of Reef One and its biOrb fish aquariums.
Meanwhile new products have included the launch of the new 30 litre FLOW aquarium, which adds to the range of aquariums offered by Reef One, operated by father and son team Paul and Matthew Stevenson.
It sits alongside a host of different styles of aquarium which have appealed to more than one million people across the globe in recent years.
The aquariums are designed to make fish keeping as simple as possible.
Each has a built–in filter which keeps the water clear, with fish waste collected in an easy to change cartridge which you unclip and change for a new one.
About 55pc of Reef One's products are made for export, largely to the United States, but also increasingly selling direct to the Chinese market.
