A 20pc increase in turnover year–on–year is an excellent example of how a thriving business can flourish despite international economic concerns.
The company is an online supplier of car parts and accessories, aiming to offer motorists the cheapest deals available, through its own website and use of leading ecommerce brands.
The business has come on significantly in the last year, as founder Simon Doidge explained.
'We have launched a brand new website with increased functionality and ease of use and an exciting new mobile–optimized website due to increasing numbers of customers accessing the site through mobile phones and tablets.
'Traffic to our website has doubled.'
The business has also developed what they believe to be a unique 'shop by car' feature on the website so customers can select their car and easily view all the products available for that vehicle.
Product range has increased, including a full range of performance air filters, tailored car mats and racing car seats, as well as a vast range of roof bars, bags and cycle carriers focussed on motorists holidaying in the UK.
The coming year will see a continuation with the product range expansion, particularly in the motorcycle section and an introduction of cycling products as a reflection of growth in the cycling market.
'We have maintained the top rated seller award on eBay for the whole year. meaning we offered an absolutely outstanding level of service,' said Mr Doidge.
'Our customer satisfaction rating is now 99.8pc and we are aiming for a 100pc satisfaction rating.'
