    This could be:

    • A sequence or one off well planned recruitment activity, such as recruitment fairs, open days, leaflets etc.
    • A single advertisement across more than one medium (paper/digital etc..)
    • A series of recruitment advertisements over the last 12 months (that may tell a great story).

    We are looking for a recruitment campaign designed with innovation and creativity that have great impact on the readers and the target audience. They are designed to reach out to a broad community of both passive and active candidates via the most effective channels, such as press adverts, online or employee referral programmes (recommend a friend) etc.

    Ultimately the Judges will be asking for evidence of the success measures of the campaign, such as cost per hire (cost of campaign versus cost of candidate) and brand impact (reflecting your business throughout the campaign). In addition, Judges will be looking for the advertisement to meet all necessary legal standards, including being non-discriminatory.
