This Award is aimed at all in-house recruitment teams, regardless of their size or whether they are part of a dedicated recruitment team, an HR team or an outsourced recruitment function. If you are responsible for recruiting external or internal hires within your business, then this award is for you. We are seeking nominations from in-house, outsourced recruitment or HR teams from themselves or by their business partners, to be considered for this newly created award category for 2010. We are looking for teams who are responsible for end to end recruitment of external and internal hires, redeployment and retention who have clear strategies and service excellence when hiring for their business.

This award is aimed at established and new businesses who are trading in Norfolk, but have diversified or significantly changed in the last 12 months, regardless of their industry sector or number of employees. This award is for local businesses that may have grown, acquired new ventures, downsized or merged businesses or departments whilst continuing to successfully trade during the last 12 months. We are looking for a recruitment campaign designed with innovation and creativity that have great impact on the readers and the target audience. They are designed to reach out to a broad community of both passive and active candidates via the most effective channels, such as press adverts, online or employee referral programmes (recommend a friend) etc.
Ultimately the Judges will be asking for evidence of the success measures of the campaign, such as cost per hire (cost of campaign versus cost of candidate) and brand impact (reflecting your business throughout the campaign). In addition, Judges will be looking for the advertisement to meet all necessary legal standards, including being non-discriminatory.

Being a winner or shortlisted in any other category of the Recruitment Awards 2010 is not a pre-requisite for consideration of this prestigious Award, nor being an entrant in another category this year.
