This year's criteria:
This award is open to individual* self-catering properties in Norfolk. Judges will place a strong emphasis on the overall standard, safety and comfort of accommodation as well as the range of equipment and facilities provided and importantly, the level of cleanliness. Entrants will be required to demonstrate that they offer a warm welcome to guests, that all relevant information regarding the property and the area is provided on arrival and that responsible tourism has been considered. The character and location of the premises will be looked at as will the level of inclusiveness. Every property entered must be assessed and graded by Visit England or will not be considered.
*If a cottage complex is put forward for the award, then one property on the complex must be nominated as the entry.
