This year's criteria:
This award is open to businesses that offer a holiday experience on the Norfolk Broads either beside the river/ water's edge, afloat or within the Broads area. Judges will place a strong emphasis on the overall standard and comfort of the facilities provided and importantly, the level of cleanliness. Entrants will be required to demonstrate that they offer a warm welcome to guests, that all relevant information regarding the holiday experience and the area is given on arrival and that sustainable tourism is reflected in how the business is run. The Judges will expect all entrants to have signed up to the Broads Tourism Forum Quality Pledge and have a clear understanding of their role in promoting the Broads as Britain’s Magical Waterland.
