This year's criteria:
The judges will place emphasis on organisations that can demonstrate how they are attracting more visitors on business trips, whether for meetings, conferences, exhibitions or other corporate events. Judges will also be looking at how the organisation has adapted to the economic downturn, and the importance placed on attracting repeat business.
The judges will be looking for evidence of outstanding levels of service and high standards of meeting room technology. Emphasis will also be placed on the development of new business products and services that help to attract and retain business tourism in Norfolk all year round.
Entries will need to demonstrate what sets them apart from their competition. This will likely include commitment to excellence, investment in staff training and development, innovative marketing, commitment to accessibility, and care for the environment.
