This award is for tourism businesses, no matter how large or small, that have adopted online marketing effectively within their marketing activity and seen demonstrable cost-effective results across a period of time. The judges would expect to see evidence that their search or social media campaign is driving traffic to their website and creating response - whether by enquiry and/or revenue - thereby demonstrating high standards in marketing, design and usability.
