This year's criteria:
This award will be open to Caravan Holiday Home, Touring and Camping Parks within Norfolk.
Judges will place a high emphasis on quality rather than size or range of facilities.
Parks providing accommodation should demonstrate a commitment to quality through regular investment.
Where touring and camping pitches are available, the judges will consider quality of pitch, including layout, spacing and level of services provided.
Cleanliness is paramount together with how the entrant has incorporated the location and character of the park into the holiday offering.
An ongoing commitment to customer care and high standards in the provision of information for guests for use prior to, on arrival and during the stay is important.
Evidence of national quality award standards and policies for inclusiveness (e.g. provision for accessibility) should be demonstrated where applicable.
The judges will also be looking for evidence of investment in staff training and development.
