Customer Care Award

Last year's winner

Blue Sky Leisure -
Sue Allen, Customer Services Officer

This year's criteria:

This award is open to organisations that show vision and values that support total commitment to serving their customers.

The judges will be placing emphasis on how well an organisation's vision and values are shared by staff and how customer feedback drives service improvements.

Judges would expect to see evidence of strong communication across the organisation and at all levels, and with particular emphasis on responding promptly to customer comment.

An investment in people culture should exist in order to support the delivery of exceptional customer service standards.

This would be illustrated through individuals going above and beyond the call of duty in order to exceed customer expectation.

Judges would also be expecting to see an organisational commitment to recognise and reward those individuals that provide customer delight.

The judges will also be looking for evidence of investment in staff training and development.
